“What more could we want?”
After 36 years living in Lane Cove in Sydney, Harry and Beverley Tooth inspected new homes across Sydney and along the NSW coast before deciding on Kooindah Waters.
“My wife is a keen golfer and initially we were attracted by the golf course. But then we became aware that Kooindah Waters offered the whole package, the Central Coast location, the proximity to Sydney and of course, reasonable prices,” said Mr Tooth.
“We’ve been living here since September, enjoying a brand new, well built home with a lovely outlook over the golf course. We’re not far from Wyong and not far from the beach which is only a short drive away. We’re both just enjoying the place full stop!” he said.
Beverley works part-time in Sydney and drives from Wyong a couple of times a week. Living less than 10 minutes from the F3, the journey takes under 50 minutes.
“The proximity to Sydney is fantastic. We just nip down to see friends and family whenever we feel like it. You can’t do that if you live in further up the coast,” said Beverley.
Kooindah Waters is situated four kilometers from Wyong town centre, far enough away to provide a tranquil, semi-rural environment yet close enough to ensure amenities are nearby.
“We both really like Wyong,” Harry said. “It really feels like an up and coming town, it has a very positive feel.
“The move has certainly been a good one for us. Our new home is great, the outlook is wonderful, the location is fantastic. What more could we want?,” he said.
