Clarendon Residential Group is bound by the National Privacy Principles

Personal information is information or an opinion in any form and whether true or not about an individual whose identity is apparent or can reasonably be ascertained from the information.

The Clarendon Residential Group ("Clarendon") and all its associated companies hold client details and other business information about its clients and suppliers. It also holds information about its employees and contractors who work for it from time to time. Employees and contractors agree to provide Clarendon with all information reasonably required from time to time incidental to the employment or contractual relationship, including information required for Occupational Health & Safety reasons. Clarendon may also hold information from time to time provided by those who seek employment or a contractual relationship with it.

Clarendon holds this information in a secure fashion and, other than as set out above, would not normally disclose this information to any one else without the consent of the person concerned. However, in the unlikely event of an investigation, a law enforcement or other government agency may exercise its legal authority to inspect Clarendon's records.

The main purpose that Clarendon holds this information for is to provide ongoing building services to its clients through the utilisation of its employees and contractors. If you are building a home, it may be necessary to disclose certain information in connection with its construction. Any and all information collected will be strictly confidential and will not be sold, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed without the individual's consent.

Clients, employees and contractors may on request get more information about their details as currently recorded by Clarendon and may amend incorrect details. Any information gathered in this fashion will be destroyed within a reasonable time of a person ceasing to be a client, employee or contractor.

Applicants for employment or a contractual relationship with Clarendon agree to provide Clarendon with all reasonable information relevant to their application, including information required for Occupational Health & Safety reasons. Clarendon will destroy this information within a reasonable time if an employment or contractual relationship does not result.
